A Moroccan tender is won on a complete bid file and delivered over the life of a
contract. A reliable local partner matters at both stages.
Before submission
- Reading the tender documents. Rules of the consultation, special technical
specifications, terms of reference: we flag the requirements specific to Moroccan
procurement, the administrative documents expected and the points that get a bid
rejected.
- Preparing the Moroccan part. Company documents, certificates, consortium
commitments: we prepare what falls to us and check the rest with you.
- Proposing experts. We know the Moroccan consultants we work with and what each
of them has actually done. We approach them, confirm their availability and gather
their CVs in the required format.
During the contract
- A physical presence. Our offices are in Casablanca. We attend meetings with the
client and follow progress on site.
- Supervised experts. We supervise the Moroccan experts day to day. If one of them
falls short, we propose a replacement with an equivalent profile.
- Reviewed deliverables. Every deliverable is reviewed for form and substance
before it goes out, and deadlines are met.
We work with the Moroccan administration in full compliance with the rules, as we
have done on our own assignments for more than twenty years.
Who we have done it with
- SFERE. SFERE and INTERP consortium on the Charaka Fund of the Millennium Challenge
Account Morocco, from 2020 to 2023, and joint bids on OFPPT tenders.
- BVA Nudge Consulting and Ipsos. Assignments carried out together under the
Blue Economy programme.
What we do not do
We do not lend our name to a bid we have not read. If the contract falls outside our
fields, we tell you in the first exchange.
