A training programme is decided on strategic orientations and judged on what the people
trained can do afterwards. In between, occupational standards must be turned into
curricula, trainers coordinated, schedules kept and learning measured. That is the part
we take on.
We support national and international organisations in carrying out their skills
development projects. We work from competency based training engineering (the
competency based approach, known in French speaking countries as APC), and we keep the
programme’s orientations, the occupational standards and the reality on the ground
aligned from start to finish.
What we do
Manage and deploy
Technical and operational coordination of training schemes deployed at scale:
planning, organisation of sessions, follow up of cohorts, relations with the
commissioning body.
Apply the competency based approach
Turning competency standards into concrete learning paths whose outcomes can be
assessed.
Mobilise and supervise the people involved
Selecting, preparing and coordinating teaching teams, trade experts and key
contributors, so that every group receives the same quality of training.
Secure quality and impact
Monitoring delivery, assessing learning outcomes and adjusting the scheme along the way.
Why work with us
Our references in training and training engineering are certified since 2004, for
companies, professional organisations and institutional programmes.
- Morocco. From 2020 to 2023, in consortium, we provided technical assistance to
vocational training institutes supported by the Charaka Fund of the Millennium
Challenge Account Morocco.
- Internationally. Since 2018, we have carried out training and training
engineering assignments financed by international funding bodies, including the World
Bank and the French Development Agency (AFD). In Djibouti, on World Bank funding:
feasibility studies for vocational training centres and the design of their training
programmes in three sectors, digital, automotive and renewable energy.
Our team knows the administrative, teaching and methodological requirements of large
institutional programmes: funding body procedures, progress reports, evidence of
results. We work in French and in English.
